Don’t know how to play basketball? Get involved in soccer, football, or baseball. Anything to get your heart beating and get you tired out.

This is an awesome way to shed body fat. You can take your bike out to a bike trail, or even go around your street. The idea is to ride your bike for a long time to get the blood pumping.
